The boulder walls are designed to look more natural. Boulder rocks in a variety of sizes are placed stategically to provide strength but also look as if the wall is a natural formation rather than a human construction.

They are built at a minimum 45 degree angle so do take more space than the flat stone retaining walls. The gaps between the rocks allow the perfect spaces to be planted with trees, shrubs or ground covers. Boulder walls allow clients to indicate which areas of the wall they would like the rocks to placed in a dense or more widely spaced formation according to their plans for vegetaion.
