Our flat stone walls are built by placing large stones together as closely as possible, medium and small stones are then fitted into the wall creating neat tight joins.

We use mortar at the back of the walls to provide strength and stabilty, however this can rarely be seen and from the front the walls have a similar appearance to dry stone walls. The finished walls are not only strong and well built but also very beautiful. They look great at any height and as seen in the pictures below the walls can be built to curve around corners of houses or garden beds.
